Hey! I’m Kelly!

I’m here to help you use fitness and nutrition to take control of your life and heal your body as you navigate your menopausal years.

I’ve been there. I personally went through menopause in my early 30’s so I can relate to the hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, hair falling out, weight around the midsection and the overall feeling that I had zero control over my body.

My approach is different than others’. I give you a combination of strategies that allows you to implement a plan, live without feeling deprived, and take control of your life instead of letting life control you.

It’s my mission to help women struggling with perimenopause and menopause feel alive and to help them accomplish the goals they set for themselves. Raising the bar will just be another day for you as you take on life as a confident woman!
